Professional Ministry Supervision
What is Professional Ministry Supervision, and what might it look like for you?
What is Supervision?
Supervision is a chance to intentionally reflect on life and ministry in a safe, confidential space, reflecting on the past, present, and future.
Oasis offers Professional Ministry Supervision.
Professional
Supervisors are trained for the work and external to the supervisee’s employer or ministry context.
Ministry
We create room for the work of God to be a part of the conversation.
Supervision
Sessions examine the pastor or minister’s work in a focused way.
Three Ringed Model
Supervision is where Personal Life, Work Life, and Spiritual Life all meet. This diagram, developed by Susan Marcuccio (2013), is a helpful visual representation of what supervision looks like.

There’s a lot we could cover in an Oasis Supervision session. Here are just some of the ministry related topics we could talk about together:
Relationships
Challenges
Goals & dreams
Conflict management and/or resolution
Ethical or safety issues
Important decisions
Professional development
Self care
Have something else you’d like to talk to someone about? You have space in your Contact Form to expand.
